Intermediate (Ride Guide Rachel)
Join Ride Guide Rachel for some exploring! She's keen to explore some of Welly's lesser trodden trails up at Porirua and would love some company! She is not overly familiar with the trails there, but we will be keeping things to an intermediate level, not attempting anything beyond a grade 4. The wonderful Jen who is a local and Revolve member will be helping show us around. Having ridden at Porirua before is not a necessity, but you will need relatively decent fitness (i.e comfortable climbing to the top of Makara peak in less than an hour) This will be a social ride though and so allow at least 2 hours of riding time on the day. Meet at Raiha Street carpark (next to camp Elsdon) at 10:30am. Check facebook the day before, because if the weather is not in our favour then I will announce the cancellation on the group page.
